Essential and straightforward
«Pils beers have had mixed fortunes: in some cases their bitterness has been a drawback and this has proved to be an advantage for Helles; that’s why I cared about organoleptic balancing, by producing a beer that is “easy to drink”.
Pils hop flavour is generous, the malted base is fine and bitterness is delicate.Â
I got inspiration from classical German Pils beers: Pils2 is an essential and direct beer, as we expect from a fine Lager ».
